When you have been stuck inside all day because of cold weather and snow, you are more than happy for Spring to arrive. It usually arrives around mid-April. Sometimes we get a surprise sooner, but we always get a last snow storm around the end of March!
Today it was warm enough to be outside! The sun was bright and shining! We even saw our first ladybug of the season.
Dustin came out to mow and water the lawn. Soon Britten was stripped down. his shirt was off and he had discovered the hose. It's always so exciting to watch them discover something new. He was looking at the hose with wonderment. Yet, confused as to why water was coming out of it. He tested it with his hand first:
Then, he figured out he could drink from it! He was soaked by the end!!
And, of course, had less clothes on!!
