The Boat Trip

 So we rented a boat to see if we were 🚣‍♀️ people...we’re not. It’s hot, you’re wet, your hair gets all sorts of tangled, everyone is grumpy because they’re hot and hungry, then no matter the amount of sunblock you wear, you still get burned. Not to mention my anxiety was at an all time high...me and water don’t mix since having children. All I could think about was how the boat would explode, or tip, and all the knuckleheads who wouldn’t wear a life vest unless they were out on the water would drown. Britten, however, loved it!! He told Wyatt it’s, “the happiest I’ve been in a long time!!” Yeah, we’re not boat people, but we can do it again for Britten. I’ll just close my eyes the whole time again.
