Aaron Turns 16

My kids are all growing too fast! I really don't like it, but I know they are having the time of their lives! I remember growing up and how much I looked forward to venturing out on my own.

Aaron is officially 16! Dustin won't let him drive, so no license. He does have his permit. No dates, yet. i hope that changes. I don't understand why my boys refuse to ask girls out on a date. It makes me feel like they hate socializing, but I know that's not true. He did get a job. He's working with Ryan at McDonald's. Of course, he hates it, but it's a job. He keeps telling me he's going to quit, but hasn't yet.

He asked for money for his birthday. that seems to be popular the older they get. He went to lunch with Grandma Lori. He chose American Burger. It's local hamburger joint. The boys seem to really like it. He asked for money from her as well.

We celebrated with cake and ice cream. My kids are pretty easy to please. Another year on the books for him!
